Horse Riding - Thailand


Most tourist destinations in Thailand have riding stables, as well as some of the islands. Phuket has two riding clubs. The Laguna Riding Club at Bang Thao and Phuket Riding Club at Chalong. Both offer guided tours through forest trails and along white sand beaches.


Destinations such as, Krabi, Koh Lanta, Chumphon, Hua Hin, Kanchanaburi and Korat all have excellent facilities. Pattaya on the eastern seaboard is home to an International Riding School, boasts three polo clubs and numerous riding stables. 


Horse Riding - Bangkok


Bangkok, Nonthaburi Equestrian Sports Club and the Bangkok Saddle Club, are just two of the many horse riding clubs that are situated around Bangkok. For Polo and horse racing visit the Royal Bangkok Sports Club.


Horse Riding - Chiang Mai


Chiang Mai Horse Riding offers a safe and convenient way to explore the jungles and mountains of Northern Thailand. The stables are located 15 kilometers north of the city in the foothills of the Doi Suthep Doi Pui mountain range.


Chiang Mai is also the home of the country's oldest sports club. There is  Olympic quality arenas, pools and grounds. The Gymkhana is the most beautiful in Thailand.


Horse Riding - Krabi


Krabi Nature Horse Riding, their experienced guides are accustomed to riders of every skill level. Beginners are slowly introduced to the pleasures of horse riding and experienced riders are given the opportunity to exercise their abilities.


Horse Riding - Pattaya


The International Riding School at Horseshoe Point, borders the Siam Country (Golf) Club. The Thai Polo Club and the Siam Polo Club is approximately a 2 hour drive southeast of Bangkok. 15-20 minutes from Pattaya City and Jomtien Beach.


It was established in 1999 and is certified by the Thailand Equestrian Federation (TEF). In 2002, the International Riding School at Horseshoe Point was the first horse riding school in Thailand to be accredited by the Ministry of Education.


It is linked to the Centro Equestre da Leziria Grande (Portugal) of Maestro Luis Valença Rodrigues. One of the premier practitioners of the Art of Classical Riding.
